This tomato chicken soup is very easy, quick and is packed with flavor and vitamins that will help the immune system fight cold. It’s super healthy, super delicious and a meal on its own that the whole family will love. Soup contains a high quantity of water that nourishes your body cells and keeps your skin fresh. Soup is a healthy and natural option that can be prepared in various ways, I have made with chicken and tomatoes but can be made with vegetables, legumes and rice. It gives a feeling of satiety and as a result people will eat less. It’s gluten free and dairy free too.


  • Boil tomatoes and blend it completely.
  • Now add boiled & shredded chicken.
  • Add black pepper powder, salt and water.
  • Once it starts boil, switch off flame.
  • Serve hot.


  • Tomato- 25 gms (boiled)
  • Chicken- 50 gms (boiled)
  • Black pepper powder- a pinch
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Water- as required
