An excellent combination of mixed beans tossed in a tantalization blend of herb dressing.

The beans constitute a perfect low calorie way to add fiber to your diet.



  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Add the salad dressing and mix well and garnish with the chopped coriander.


For salad:

1 cup mixed boil beans (choose from rajma, chawli, chick peas, lima beans or hara chana)

½ cup spring onion, sliced

¾ cup tomato, diced

To be mixed for making a salad dressing:

1 teaspoon oil

½ tablespoon lemon juice 

½ tablespoon chopped basil or ½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon grated garlic

Salt and pepper as per taste

For the garnish

1 tablespoon chopped coriander
