Spinach rolls are a healthy version of snacks and breakfast. These rolls are low in cals but high in nutrients. As spinach are high in fiber they keeps you full and aids in digestion. It also promotes healthy and glowing skin & also boost your immunity. 


  • Soak the dal for 5-6 hours and grind it to fine paste along with green chillies, ginger, curds & prepare a batter by mixing in curd.
  • Add salt & coriander leaves, mix well.
  • Spread the batter evenly on a non stick tava & allow it to get cooked. As one side becomes brown, spread blanched spinach leaves.
  • Roll the pancake, serve hot with coriander chutney or sauce.
