North Indian meal is incomplete without lassi. This rose lassi is low on calorie and nutritious too. Curd is a probiotic and it boosts immunity and good for digestion. Also it contains more protein and calcium than any other dairy product. With the addition of chia seeds the lassi does not only become more enjoyable but the fiber content of lassi increases .Also chia seeds are rich in omega3 fatty acids, iron and calcium.


  1. Add curd, rose essence, sugar free and water in a mixing bowl and blend in a blender or in a lassi maker
  2. Add Chia Seeds and ice cubes in the serving glass and pour in the lassi .
  3. Serve chilled.


Greek Yogurt/low fat curd- 1 cup

Chilled water- 1/2cup

Sugar Free -1/2 tsp

Rose essence- 1/4tsp

Chia Seeds- 1 tsp

Ice cubes as required
