Spicy roasted nuts
Packed with protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins and minerals, nuts are powerhouses of healthy nutrition and delicious to include it in our daily diet. Nuts provide you with vitamin E, trace minerals, fiber, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a fatty acid that is similar to the heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids found in fish. This recipe full of nuts give your tongue a different taste and pleasure. It is very much high in calories so it would go perfectly well with the keto diet.
1. Heat a non stick pan over a medium heat and put all the ingredients in it. Mix thoroughly
well and lower the heat and cover the pan. Roast the nuts till they are warm to slightly
hot and crisp. Take careful measurements to not burn them.
2. Let them cool and serve them with keto coffee or a drink and have it as a snack. You can store them in an air tight container.
Walnuts or almonds: 30 g

Coconut oil or olive oil: 2 tsp
Cumin, ground: 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder: 1/4 tsp
