Raita made with Jamun
Jamun are the black plums which are low in calorie and helps weight loss. It helps diabetic patients by controlling the blood sugar level. It helps relieve stomach pain and it is diuretic. Curd is a probiotic and helps in digestion. It provides more calcium and protein than any other dairy product without added fat or calories. It helps in weight loss.
Mix well jamuns, curd ,salt, cumin seeds powder and coriander in a bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 1 -2 hour.
Serve chilled garnished with a sprig of coriander.
ripe black jamuns finely chopped-15g
low-fat curds -30g
Salt to taste
cumin powder- ¼ Teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander 10g
