Paneer tikka kebab
Paneer tikka is a healthy vegetarian dish alternative to chicken tikka.It keeps u fuller for a longer time.Paneer is loaded with healthy fats,proteins and low on carbohydrates.It is good for weight loss and diabetics.Paneer is packed with selenium,vit E, and antioxidants that help fight free radicals and gives glowing skin.It is also rich in biotin,whey protein,calcium casein which gives strong and healthy hair.
Method
In a bowl add curd and seasonings give it a good mix,add paneer and all the veggies mix well and keep it aside for 15 mins.
Take a Shashlik stick,add bell pepper ,onion,tomato and paneer repeat the same.
In a non stick pan,add oil and put the sticks and fry on both sides well .

Paneer – 40 gms
Bell pepper – 20 gms
Tomato – 20 gms
Onion - 20 gms
Skim curd – ¼ cup
Olive oil - 1 tspn
Red chilli powder – 1 tspn
Salt – as per taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Black pepper – 1/4 tspn
Roasted gram flour – 1 tspn
