Paneer Bhurji Sandwich

IF you are craving for snacks but you dont want to eat bad foods then try this sandwich recipe.

This Sandwich are easy to cook and healthy as well . It does not require much cooking expertise.  You can serve sandwiches with coriander chutney or mint chutney.


Method

In a pan heat up some oil.

Add green chilli and onion.

Cook them till onion turns golden brown

Add tomato

Add the spices according to your taste

Add crushed paneer to it mix and cook for 5 mins.

Take a bread slice, apply chutney to it

Place lettuce leaves

Add the paneer bhurji

Top it with 2 tomato rounds

Apply chutney to other bread slice and make sandwich.

Serve it with green chutney and ketchup

Ingredients

Multigrain bread 2 slice

Paneer 30gm

Sliced tomato 10gm

Lettuce 2 leaves

Chopped tomato 15gm

Chopped onion 15gm

Chopped green chilli 1

Pudina chutney 2tsps

Chaat masala

Red chilli powder

Jeera powder

Chilli flakes

Salt

1/2 tsp oil
