This hearty multigrain loaf that's loaded with rolled oats, chia, flax, and wheat germ.

Sandwich are quick and easy to make and it’s to serve healthier food. It does not require much cooking expertise. Even bachelors can make it easily. You can serve sandwiches with coriander chutney or mint chutney.



Take 1 slice of the bread and spread ½ tsp of butter and ½ tsp of green chutney and put the lettuce leaves on it put the sliced cucumber, tomato, onion and season it with chili flakes, mixed herbs and salt and the remaining lettuce leaves then put the other slice of the bread (spread with ½ tsp of butter and green chutney. The sandwich is ready to eat with green chutney.


  • Multigrain bread – 2
  • Cucumber – 10 gms (slicely chopped)
  • Tomato – 10 gms (slicely chopped)
  • Onion – 10 gms (slicely chopped)
  • Lettuce leaves – 10 gms
  • Chili flakes – ¼ tsp
  • Mixed herbs –  ¼ tsp
  • Green chutney – 2 tsp
  • Butter – 1 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
