Multigrain bhel is healthy snack made of combination of various nutritious ingredients like roasted chana which is a good source of calcium, manganese and potassium, roasted peanuts  which is a good source of fiber, protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, pumpkin seeds which is great source of protein and unsaturated fats like omega-3, puffed rice which is rich source of calcium, vitamin D, iron, and fiber and lotus seeds which is a good source of protein, magnesiumpotassium, carbohydrates, fibre,  phosphorus,iron and zinc. Multi grain bhel is low in calorie and aids weight loss and it contains fiber which helps digestion.


  1. Heat a non stick pan and add pumpkin seeds and roast it for 1 min and transfer it in a bowl.
  2. Then roast lotus seeds for 1 minute and add it in bowl
  3. Add roasted peanuts, puffed rice, chopped onions, chopped green chillies,roasted chana, Chopped coriander, Chat masala, Pomogranate, lemon juice and salt to taste.
  4. Mix it well and serve .


Pumpkin seeds - 1 tsp

Puffed rice -1 tbsp

Roasted peanuts -1 tbsp

Lotus seeds- 1/2 katori

Roasted chana- 1 tbsp

Chopped onions -1 1/2 tbsp

Chopped green chillies- 1/2 tsp

Chopped fresh coriander- 1tbsp

Fresh pomegranate- 1/2 tbsp

Chat masala as per taste

Lemon juice -1/2 tsp

salt to taste
