You must have heard of Moringa and its various health benefits, Right? Thanks to its crazy- nutritional benefits and detoxifying powers, this nutrient dense plant is appearing in all kinds of foods. One of the most important health benefits of this soup is that it promotes healthy bone structure and prevents hair loss, due to the presence of high amount of calcium and iron in Moringa. Its main ingredient moringa is also known as drumstick. It is rich in antioxidants, increases overall stamina, lowers cholesterol and blood glucose. It also reduces inflammation, relieves respiratory problems and improves digestion.


1.Cut moringa into small pieces.

2.Boil moringa, tomatoes, cauliflower and garlic in water. You can also pressure cook.

3.Blend the mixture when it cools.

4.Strain it.

5.Add the spices, salt and some water according to consistency.

6.Simmer it for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.

7.Garnish with coriander leaves.


Moringa (Drumstick) – 2 stalks

Tomatoes – 1 medium (chopped)                                     

Cauliflower -20 gms (cut small)

Garlic – 2-3

Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Oregano – 1/4 tsp

Water – 1 glass (300ml)

Salt as per taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing
