A low fat and healthy snack with the goodness of millets. Prepare this mixed millet bhel at home with a generous squeeze of lime.


  1. Take a bowl and add the mixed millet, ragi flakes.
  2. Now add roasted peanuts and sprinkle chat masala, sesame seeds, chopped tomatoes, onions, green chillies, lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Later add moringa powder and green chutney and mix it well.
  4. Garnish the bhel with the fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve it as a snack or breakfast.


  • Mixed millets – 50 gms
  • Ragi flakes – 10 gms
  • Peanuts – 1 tsp
  • Onion – 25 gms (chopped)
  • Tomatoes – 25 gms (chopped)
  • Green chillies – ½ (finely chopped)
  • Green chutney – 1 tsp
  • Lime juice – 2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp
  • Moringa powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
