  • 1/2 cup makhana dry roast,make powder of half and keep the remaining for garnishing.
  • In pressure cooker add oil ,add ginger and garlic saute them,add zeera, fennel seeds and fry them a bit add tomatoes water [2cup],cook them for 10 mins.
  • Grind and strain them .
  • To the strain mixture add makhana powder a pinch of black salt and pepper cook for 2 mins.
  • Transfer the soup in bowl, add remaining makhana and lemon juice .enjoy the makhana soup.



Makhana  - 1/2 cup

Garlic  - 1tspn

Ginger - 1Tspn

Olive Oil - 1Tspn

Zeera - 1Tspn

Fennel seeds - 1Tspn 

Tomato - 2 medium 

Lemon juice - 1Tspn

Black salt - a pinch 

Black pepper - a pinch 

Water - 2 cup
