 Lauki raita hydrates the body,helps in digestion and good for weight loss. It is full of essential nutrients and low in calories.


Method

Boil ½ cup lauki in 2 cups of water.strain it.

Add curd in a bowl,add lauki,salt,zeera powder,chia seeds mix well.Garnish with chilly flakes.

Ingredients

Lauki – half cup

Curd – 150 grams

Chia seed – ½ tspn

Zeera powder - ½ tspn

Chilli flakes – ½ tspn

Salt-As per taste.
