Lauki bowl is really a healthy choice for an individual to choose. Bottle gourd is known to aid in weight loss. It also helps in digestion and urinary disorders.  It reduces stress and controls blood pressure. Provides relief from constipation and also keeps body cool and refreshing. Oats are rich in fiber. It prevents from several diseases such as diabetes and cancer. Oats helps to boost immune system.  


  • In a vessel add water, bottle gourd, salt and turmeric and boil it for about 10 to 15 mins.
  • Strain the bottle gourd after it is boiled properly.
  • Roast the oats and grind it.
  • Add the bottle gourd, oats, chopped mint and coriander leaves.
  • Add grated ginger and flax seeds powder.
  • Add yogurt and mix properly.
  • Enjoy your healthy and tasty lauki bowl.

Mint leaves- 10 leaves

Coriander leaves- 2 springs

Grated ginger- ½ tsp

Yogurt- 1tbsp
