A home style version of famous street food of tamil nadu which is crunchy, delicious  healthier ,nutritious and easy to make just like your plate of other versions of paratha. 


For Paratha 

Step 1 : In a bowl add bajra flour ,wheat flour and salt as per taste add water as required and knead into soft dough 

Step 2 : Roll out the dough into a chapati 

Step 3 : Cook on both sides till it turns liht brown in color 

Step 4 : Now roughly chop the cooked paratha 

Keep Aside! 

For the Mixture 

Step 1: In a pan add oil add mustard sedds and curry leaves for few seconds till cracking siund now add chiili and chopped garluc to it saute for few minutes 

Step 2 : Add chopped oonions and saute for a few minures till onions turn soft

Step 3 : Now add carrat cabbage and saute for a few minutes 

Step 4 :Add tomato and chopped paneer saute till the romato turns soft 

step 5 : Now add salt ( as per taste ) and other spices to the mixture cok for a couple f minutes 

Step 6 : Add chopped coriander and mint leaves 

Step 7: now add the shredded paratha and toss until it is well blended with the mixture

Serve hot

Carrot 30 grams

Cabbage 15 grams

Onion 15 grams

Tomato 15 grams 

Coriander 15 grams

Mint leaves 10 grams

Curry leaves 2-3 nos 

Chilli 2 nos 

Garlic 2-3 cloves 

Oil 1 tsp


Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp  

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Garam masal powder 1/2 tsp 

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Salt as per taste 

Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
