A simple keto low carb high fat salad. This salad is easy to make gorgeous flavor of sautéed zucchini and crunchy nutty taste.


Split the zucchini and scoop out the seeds.

Cut the zucchini halves crosswise into half inch pieces.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Add zucchini to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Saute until lightly browned.

Take a bowl add cooked zucchini.

Add lettuce and freshly chopped spring onions.

Roast the walnuts, chop it add into the salad.

Add dressing mix it.

Ready to serve.


Zucchini 100 gms

Lettuce 50 gms

Scallious (spring onions) 50 gms

Walnut 5 gm

Salt and pepper as per taste

Chili powder 1tsp

Lemon juice 2 tsp

Mayonnaise ½ cup (100gm)

Garlic powder 1tsp

Olive oli 3tsp

Dijon mustard 1 tsp
