Keto pahadi paneer is a delicious mouth watering recipe which will not even make you realize that it’s a keto recipe. Paneer are rich in protein and healthy fats. It also helps in body building. Coconut oil promotes weight loss. It prevents heart disease and controls blood pressure.


Method

  • Make the paste of mint and coriander leaves.
  • In a bowl add mint and coriander paste, ginger – garlic paste, black pepper, red chili powder and yogurt.
  • Mix all the in ingredients properly.
  • Add paneer and marinate for 15- 20 minutes.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer.
  • Serve hot, tasty keto pahadi panner.

Coriander – 15g

Black pepper- 1tsp

Red chili powder – 1tsp

Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp

Yogurt – 1tbsp

Coconut oil – 1 ½ tbsp
