  1. Beat the eggs with salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander, ginger garlic paste, onion and green chilli.
  2. In a nonstick pan fry in butter.
  3. Flip the omelette when one side is cooked.
  4. Serve.


  • Whole eggs – 2
  • Onion – 25 gms
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli – ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
