As we all know egg is an excellent source of protein and healthy fats. It contains almost negligible amount of carbohydrates hence it is highly recommended during keto diet. Mozzarella cheese is a rich source of calcium thus helps strengthen bones and cartilage. It also reduces the risk of osteoporosis in post menopausal women.  


  • Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 30 seconds.
  • Add the beaten egg in the bowl.
  • Add rest of the ingredients, and bind properly.
  • On a baking tray place the parchment paper and spread the mixture. over it and give the shape.
  • Bake for 10 – 15 minutes at 1800C.
  • After it is baked proper cut it in shapes of chips and serve.


Mozzarella cheese– ½ cup, shredded

Cream cheese – ½ tbsp

Egg – 1

Almond flour- 25g

Garlic- ½  tsp, minced

Red chili flakes – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Black pepper – to taste
