This keto egg salad is loaded with healthy fats and protein from the avocado and eggs. This is such an easy recipe and we love to serve it in lettuce wraps, but it’s good to eat with a fork too!!!


  • Peel and dice the boiled eggs and place in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add the avocado to the eggs and mix well. The avocado will become creamier the more you stir and coat the eggs.
  • Squeeze the lemon over the eggs and stir in the onion, dill, salt, black pepper powder and mixed herbs.
  • Mix well to combine the mixture.
  • Serve immediately.



  • Boiled eggs- 4
  • Avocado- 50 gms
  • Onion- 25 gms (finely chopped)
  • Fresh dill- 1 tbsp
  • Lemon- ½ lemon juice(small)
  • Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
  • Mixed herbs- ¼  tsp
  • Salt- as per taste
