- Wash and peel the eggplant
- Cut it into cubes of about 1/2 inch.
- Spray the pan with oil.
- Put the eggplant in the pan and sauté it until it softens.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients with the eggplant.
- Cook eggplant until it is soft and evenly coated with sauce.

Soy sauce substitute-1½tbsp
Sesame oil-¼ tbsp
