Healthy Crackers
Healthy crackers can be consumed during festivals without any fear of diet and health. It contains multi grain flour reduces the risk for diabetes, cardivascular disease, breast cancer and gall stones. Each and every ingredients in this recipes has its own health benefits.

Method
- Take a bowl and add ½ cup multi grain flour in it.
- Add all the ingredients and mix properly
- Now knead the dough with Luke warm water.
- Cover the dough with wet towel for 5 min.
- Take a small portion and roll it with the rolling pin.
- Cut it in any shape which you would prefer
- Take the fork and prick it.
- Place all the crackers on a parchment sheet
- Bake it for 22 min at 3500F.
- Make sure you don’t over bake.
Ingredients
Multi grain flour - 1/2 Cup
Chopped onions - 35g
Cilantro leaves - 25g
Green chili - 1 small
Onion powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tbsp
Sour cream - 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
salt - to taste
