GARDEN CRESS SEED LADOOS
These ladoos are highly nutritious super food.
Garden cress seeds are rich in iron, calcium, folate, vitamin A, C, E, fiber and proteins.
These ladoos are especially for lactating mothers to increase the milk production.

Take a bowl add water add garden cress seeds /halim/ aliv .
Soak it for one hour until it swells properly.
Heat a pan add palm jaggery add little water.
Stir until it melts properly.
Then add soaked seeds also add grated coconut, mix well there should be no lumps.
Add 2tsp ghee and chopped almonds, cashew give it a good mix.
Turn off the heat allow the mixture to cool.
Take little amount of mixture in a palm give it a round shape.
Your ladoo is ready.
