Method

  • Make a paste of onion, ginger & garlic + green chilies.
  • Saute this paste in a little water for at least 10 mins side by side.
  • Cut bhindis in half & with a little water steam/ heat in the microwave.
  • Add bhindi to the paste & add curd to it & cook till done.

Ingredients

Bhindi –   75 g

Tomato - 25 g  

Onion – 12.5

Garlic + ginger paste – ½ tsp

Curd – 50 g

Green chillies – 2 nos

Powdered masala –   to taste

Salt – to taste
