This is quick and easy recipe with veggies. Eggs contains high protien. Egg whites and veggies are really healthy and full of nutrients. This tasty dish is a great healthy choice for breakfast and salad.


Method

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and green chilli saute for 1 minute.
  • Add onion and saute for 2 minutes then add tomato,capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add egg white salt and pepper and mix it well. Close the lid cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot. 

Ingredients

  • Eggs white - 4 (boiled and cut)
  • Onion 25 gms (chopped)
  • Tomato 25 gms (chopped)
  • Capsicum 25 gms (chopped)
  • Garlic 3/4 cloves (chopped)
  • Green chilli 2/3 (slitted)
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • salt as per your taste
  • pepper as per your taste
