This recipe is packed with several vitamins and minerals and helps maintaining body’s water balance. Cucumber also promotes detoxification, regulates cholesterol levels ,manages blood pressure and boosts weight loss and more. Cucumber chaas also helps hydrate our body.

 


Method

  • Blend the cucumber, curd, water, salt ,cumin powder, pepper powder together in a mixture, till  the cucumber is crushed completely.
  • Chill for half an hour at least.
  • Add chopped mint leaves and serve.

Ingredients

Chopped cucumber-20 gms

Curd-3 Tbsp (Low fat curd)

Water -1/2 cup or more depending on the consistency.

Black salt-1/2 tsp

Cumin powder-1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp

Mint leaves to garnish.
