This cucumber and kiwi juice is a perfect idea of refreshing, hydrating summer drink. Here in this I have used combination of cucumber, kiwi and ginger. Cucumber is full of electrolyte-rich water and the mineral silica, for a smooth, healthy complexion. The kiwi is a rich source of vitamin C, to make the collagens that keeps skin firm and  plump.


  • Peel fruits and cut into small pieces.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Take blender add crushed  ice and water.
  • Add all fruits in the blender and blend it.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
  • Serve immediately.


  • Kiwi- 75 gms
  • Cucumber- 25 gms
  • Ginger- ½ tsp
  • Ice- as required
  • Water- 1 cup
  • Mint - for garnishing
  • Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
  • Salt- as per taste
