Being a low calorie vegetable cabbage is good for weight loss, it burns belly fat and improves digestion. It helps to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Cabbage is an excellent source of vitamin C , it nourishes skin and make it glow hence it is good for skin


Method

  • Add Take a non stick pan,on a medium flame add oil ,zeera,chopped greenchillies fry them.
  • Add chopped curry leaves,ginger garlic paste cook them well.
  • Add turmeric ,salt mix well.
  • cabbage and mix them well for 1-2 mins on high flame ,don’t  over cook cabbage it should be crunchy.

Curry leaves -3-4leaves

Cabbage -1 cup shredded

Turmeric -1/2tspn

Salt -as per taste

Ginger garlic paste -1/2tspn
