A delicious as well as healthy creamy salad  that will make your heart happy and body healthy.


Method

Cut veggies into small pieces.

Heat eanough water in a deep pan and add salt once the water starts boilling add the sprouts and cook on a high flame for 6-7 minutes.

Drain using a sieve .

Take 50g of curd into the bowl and add cut veggies and boiled sprouts.

Add 3 pinch jaggery ,  sprinkle salt , black peper   and mix well.

Ready to eat.

CURD [ 50g ]

MIX SPROUTS [ 10g ]

CAPSICUM [ 20g ]

CARROT [ 20g ]

TOMATO [ 20g ]

CUCUMBER [ 20g ]

JAGGERY [ 3 pinch ]

SALT [ as per taste ] 

Black pepper 2 pinch
