Chocolate oat smoothie is a simple and quick fix recipe for breakfast, it keeps you full for a longer time. Oat is a super food for weight loss it is high in protein, low in calories, it takes time to digest in the body thus gives you energy throughout the day.


Method

In a non stick pan, dry roast the oats.

Let it completely cool down,in a mixer add oats,1/2 banana,cocoa powder,date and water blend it well until it is creamy smooth.Chill it and enjoy.

Steel cut oat – ¼ cup

Banana – ½ banana

Date – 1

Dark cocoa powder - ½ tsp

Water – ¾ cup
