Chickpea with bell pepper is a tastier and healthier version of any salad. It is loaded with nutrients of chickpea, bell peppers and apple cider vinegar. It’s like having 3 in 1 package.   • In a pan heat oil and add onion.
  • Cook until softens.
  • Add chopped bell peppers and apple cider vinegar.
  • Now add boiled chickpea in the pan.
  • Add tomato paste, salt, black pepper and oregano.
  • Cook for another 5 mins and serve hot with garnished coriander.

Green bell pepper – 20gm

Onion – 20gm

Oregano – 1tsp

Black pepper powder -1tsp

Salt – to taste

Apple cider vinegar – 1tsp

Tomato paste – 1tbsp

Coriander leaves – to garnish

Olive oil – 1tsp
