 Chicken Vegetable Salad is a, light but fulfilling salad which is suitable to be eaten in lunch or dinner, replacing your daily food. Most beneficial if you are on a diet. Not all diet food recipes lack taste, this recipe has a lot of taste in minimal quantity, leaving your taste buds & tummy satisfied.


Method

  • First marinate chicken with curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chat masala mix well and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan add crushed ginger and garlic. Add onion and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add capsicum, tomato and cabbage. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper and coriander. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

  • Chicken - 100 gms (boneless cub)
  • Onion - 25 gms (chopped )
  • Tomato - 25 gms (chopped)
  • Capsicum - 25 gms (chopped)
  • Cabbage - 25 gms (chopped)
  • Ginger - 5 gms (crushed)
  • Garlic - 4 cloves (crushed)
  • Curd - 20 gms
  • Coriander - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 or 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Black pepper as per your taste
