Chicken detox soup it is a nourishing homemade soup with fresh chicken, loads of veggies ang ginger, to boost metabolism and immune system, as well as removes toxins to help your body to work as it should.

It is a gluten free, dairy free diet.


  1. Take a vessel and heat over medium-high flame. Add olive oil, ginger and garlic, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. Add the chicken stock, chicken breasts (raw), apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil. Once started boiling, reduce heat to medium low and let simmer until chicken breasts are cooked through. About 25 minutes.
  3. Take the chicken out and place on a plate.
  4. Add the broccoli and parsley to the vessel. Shred the chicken breasts with 2 forks and return it to the vessel. Stir it together. Let simmer for an additional 15 minutes to soften the broccoli.
  5. Serve hot.



  • Chicken breast - 50 gms (boneless)
  • Chicken stock - 100 ml
  • Carrots – 20 gms (chopped)
  • Celery – 20 gms (chopped)
  • Broccoli florets – 20 gms
  • Parsley – 20 gms
  • Olive oil – ½ tsp
  • Onion – 20 gms (chopped)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (finely minced)
  • Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
