Cheesy egg sandwich is a perfect keto recipe with good fats and high protein.  It is a gluten free sandwich.  Eggs are good for bones, heart and eyes. They are rich in amino acid. Eggs fight the silent killer anemia. Cheese reduces the risk of osteoporosis in post-menopausal women.


  • Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of butter and sauté tomato and capsicum, add salt and red chili powder.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl add the sautéed vegetables and add salt to taste.
  • Heat the pan and add remaining butter and add the egg.
  • Cook from both sides and place cheese slices on half portion of either side on fold.
  • Serve hot, tasty cheesy omelet sandwich.


Egg – 2 eggs

Tomato – ¼ cup

Capsicum – ¼ cup

Cheese – 2 slice

Butter – 1tbsp

Salt – to taste

Red chili powder- to taste
