Caeser Salad smiley

healthy salad with multigrain bread. This salad is a balance of flavors and textures. Its crunchy, colorful, hearty, super easy and fulfilling.


Method

In a bowl take curd, add olive oil, salt, jeera powder, oregano, chilli flakes, chaat masala and mix it well.

In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients and then add in the curd dressing

Mix and enjoy.

 Whole wheat bread       1 slice 

Roasted paneer              25gm

Chopped lettuce            30gm

Sliced cucumber           15gm

Sliced tomato                15gm

Sautéed mushrooms    15gm

 Curd                              15g

Olive oil                          1/2tsp 

Salt                                 as per the taste

Oregano                        1/2 tsp 

Chilli flakes                     as per the taste 

Jeera powder                 1/4 tsp 

Chaat masala                  1/4 tsp
