Have you ever imagined to have the combination of broccoli and egg. Yes.... sounds weird, but i'm sure you would like it and replace this recipe as your breakfast option. This is high protein, low carb, low fat and low calorie recipe. Broccoli helps to increase immunity and also helps you look younger. It reduces cholesterol and decreases the risk of heart failure.  


  • In a bowl take 2 glass of boiling water and soak the broccoli in it.
  • Rinse it after 5mins and cut in thin pieces.
  • Take 2 egg whites in a mixing bowl, add the chopped broccoli, spring onion, black pepper and salt.
  • Heat a pan, add coconut oil and pour the egg.
  • Cook from both sides.


Egg white – 2

Broccoli florets – 40gms

Spring onion – 10gms

Oil – 1tsp

Black Pepper – 1tsp

Salt – to taste
