A cleansing green apple avocado smoothie that tastes delicious! Fresh and creamy with avocado, apple, spinach and fresh ginger, it's the perfect green smoothie for weight loss, detox, and healthy breakfasts too.

The combination of spinach and apple, which are both high in fiber and thus help clear your system. If you are looking for smoothies for weight loss or if, you have serious hunger then this smoothie will keep you fuller for longer. Last but not the least avocado, which makes the smoothie creamy and satisfying and it is also great for your skin.



  1. Add the almond milk, spinach, avocado, apple, honey, ginge, black pepper and ice to a high-powered blender.
  2.  Blend until gets smooth texture.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness and spices as desired.
  4. Garnish with flax seeds serve immediately and enjoy.
  5. You can also blend it in a normal blender - first blend the almond milk, spinach and avocado then add the apple, honey, and ginger. Once completely smooth, slowly add ice and blend.
  6. You can keep this for 24 hours in a refrigerator in an air tight jar.


  • Green apple/red apple – 1 (roughly sliced)
  • Avocado – 30 gms (roughly sliced)
  • Spinach – 20 gms
  • Almond milk – ¼ cup (unsweetened)
  • Ginger – ½ inch
  • Flax seeds – 1 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Ice cubes – 1 handful
