Nutrition Coaching and Lifestyle Management Program
(1 Month Program)
This program is aimed for individuals who are looking for a lifestyle change so that they can manage their weight and health in the long run. This program is not a weight monitoring program. There won't be any rigid diet plans given.
This program is a nutritional coaching program for individuals who want to learn how to calculate their calories and maintain their health for life. There will be 2 video call sessions per month with an expert explaining the do's and don'ts as well as how to plan effective diets for better health.
THIS IS HOW WE CAN ACHIEVE IT
Video sessions with experts
A nutrition expert will be your personal coach for the duration of the program. You will have Whatsapp access to ask questions about day to day food choices one wants to make. There will be 2 video sessions a month as well.
There will be a dedicated expert assigned to you to help you count calories. To choose healthy options while eating out. To choose a proper exercise program for your body type.
Special guides will be provided for increasing awareness and knowledge about certain foods. Recipes, videos and other guidance materials will be provided as well.
Guidance will be provided on how to measure your health effectively. It will help an individual to incorporate healthier habits in their day to day activities.
