Increasing Immunity For Fighting Coronavirus(Covid-19)

In the wake of Covid-19 pandemic, Belezza Health and Beauty Services has decided to share a general diet plan with everyone. This diet plan aims at building immunity and will also help to maintain your body weight while you are constrained at home. On rising


*Make ginger water and Drink throughout the day

1 tsp wheatgrass powder with 1 glass of warm water/ fresh wheatgrass juice


30 ml giloy juice + 30 ml water

Breakfast(Recipes you can see in the recipe section)


+ 1 cup of green tea

Poha/ upma/ 3 idli / 2 dosa + chutney & sambar


 2 cheela/2 uttapam with curd


Egg whites/ omelette with veggies (should be well cooked)


Oats with milk or yoghurt + 2 dates/ broken wheat with milk


Any citrus fruit (1 medium size)


1 glass amla juice


(Avoid non- veg food but if you are taking it then wash & cook well)

  1. 1 bowl salad (veggies should be washed and peeled properly)
  2. 1 katori dal + 1 bowl sabzi (cooked in less oil) + 1-2 multigrain roti + 1 katori rice (optional)
  3. 1 katori curd/ raita/ 1 glass buttermilk + (add ½ tsp flax seed powder also)
After lunch(20 minutes later) ½ tsp ajwain + 5-7 mint leaves (chew it and have a glass of warm water)
Early Evening snacks

1 bowl of makhana/chana/sukhha bhel/wheat khakhras/2-4 marie biscuits

+ 1 cup herbal tea (in water add haldi, tulsi leaves, cinnamon, 2-3 black peppercorns. Boil till it reduce to its half add pure honey and drink.)

If you feel hungry 1 tbsp of oil seeds +handful of nuts
  1. 1 bowl salad(veggies should be washed and peeled properly)
  2. 1 katori dal + 1 bowl sabzi (cooked in less oil) + 1-2 multigrain roti
  3. 1 katori curd
At bedtime Boil water. Add a piece of crushed ginger and 4 cloves of garlic. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink this.

General Guidelines:

  1. Wash your hands properly before cooking and wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Try to include 30 mins of exercise daily.
  3. Drink 3 litres of water daily (measure and drink). Divide and drink water in sips. Never gulp down water. Also, do not drink water immediately after a meal. Wait for 30 mins and then drink.
  4. Maintain a proper sleep pattern.
  5. Avoid outside foods or packaged or refined foods.
